Music Makes Me Feel Better

Here are some shots I took at the local thrift store of some music related items. Welcome to the boom boom room, ratty old speakers with a cassette organizer (those were the days), and the type of records that will take you to far away places.

Food

My computer is now up and running. Here are some pictures of food. Why? Because I'm hungry. Bloody alien lettuce speciale, rhinoceros loaves, strawberries impersonating cupcakes and a whole rack of meatsicles (not that I would ever eat them).

Computer Crash

My computer caught a virus. Luckily, I have some tech savvy friends who are helping me out to reformat my comp with Windows 7 (thanks Bijan and Geoff). I backed up all my photos so hopefully I will still have content to post, but if there is nothing new up in the next few days, it is because I am limited to these God awful public computers in the SAAC. Hope to be posting daily soon.

First Day Back

I thought the dorms would be rather bustling. Instead they were kind of dead. Hopefully people will start to pour in as the week goes on.

Back in Davis

Spring break went by like "wooooosh." One week isn't enough. I'm all moved back into the dorms in Davis. I found this on my white board, made me smile.

Injuries

They suck. Although my ankle did heal up before my ski trip to Tahoe, i managed to mess up my shoulder a bit in some icy sections. Here is a rather lovely shot of my friends injured toe...yea...it is tasty.

Limantour Beach

Well, this shot isnt from Limantour, its from some random beach of highway 1. I took it a few months ago on a trip to LA with some close friends. I am, however, going to limantour today. Sunshine and backflips galore.

Bike Projects

I swear, every time i come back from Davis, I always have some sort of new bike project. I went shopping in the used bike store yesterday and came back with this sexy alum Vitus (french roadie frame) and a bunch of bits and ends to try and finish the build. Sadly, this one may take a bit longer than expected. my cinelli stem doesnt quite fit right, the DA downtube shifters are a bit funky, im really going to have to work and the rear derailleur, and i need a fricken 25 mm SEATPOST, where the HELL am i supposed to find that? stupid french.
