I just experienced something beyond food. I'm not even sure if I could aptly describe the amount of satisfaction that I just received from eating at Thierry Rautureau's restaurant, Rover's, in Seattle. I can assure that this meal far surpassed anything that has ever touched my taste buds, and every single bit of it was vegetables. I may have spent a ridiculous sum of money on it, but I would have payed much much more if I had known the caliber of the food I received. Also, we had a pleasant chat with the Chef in the Hat himself, Misseur Rautureau. I am in an elated state.
