Did you know that there tons of different types of olives? I sure as hell didn't. I thought there were only two: green and black. My friends and I were cooking the other day and my friend kept saying we needed KALTLALATMA olives or something like that (the hell if I know). Turns out they were kalamata. Also, there are manzanilla, picholine, ni├žoise, liguria, ponentine, gaeta, lugano, sevillano. Its ridiculous.
